I was just wondering, could the weather be of factor in gaining weight in addition to holiday feasts? I noticed that I tend to have a pattern every year. Gain weight during the holidays and I lose it during the summer.
I think that’s pretty common. I was just talking about this with a girl I met the other day at the animal shelter. She said it happens to her, too.

I’m curious…do you have a weekly weight-loss goal?
I ask because I want to set mine at .5 lbs/per week, but this to me does not seem like enough. But at the same time when I strive for more lbs lost per week then I set myself up for failure. What is your take?
Hey! I am aiming for 2 lbs lost a week. My mom tells me that’s the rate at which you can effectively lose weight and keep it off.
