  1. I was just wondering, could the weather be of factor in gaining weight in addition to holiday feasts? I noticed that I tend to have a pattern every year. Gain weight during the holidays and I lose it during the summer.

    • I think that’s pretty common. I was just talking about this with a girl I met the other day at the animal shelter. She said it happens to her, too.

  2. Great job today. You are committed and encouraging me to do the same. It’s good to keep the weigh-ins to just 1 day a week.

  3. I’m curious…do you have a weekly weight-loss goal?

    • I ask because I want to set mine at .5 lbs/per week, but this to me does not seem like enough. But at the same time when I strive for more lbs lost per week then I set myself up for failure. What is your take?
